To allow safe and comfortable viewing on the large screen the shows have to comply with the following technical requirements: maximal overall deviation around 1/30 or 3.3% of the image width, correct synchronisation, alignment and window setting.
The projection will be linearly polarised, using two projectors with 1920×1200 px native resolution. The preferred image format is a side-by-side video file with the corresponding resolution. Independent L+R, squeezed SBS or above/below video files are also convenient.
The upload interface supports *.mp4, *.mpeg, *.avi and *.mov files.
Due to software compatibility issues we would like to kindly ask you not to use *.exe files. Please convert your shows to a video format.
Maximum length of each show is 15 minutes.
The form allows uploading files up to 4 GB in size. If your video is larger, please contact us.
Each author can submit more that one show but because of the limited extent of the projection blocks the additional shows would have a lower priority. The organisers will do their best to help you to fix solvable technical and other issues, but are entitled to reject shows that are problematic or do not fit the schedule.
The deadline for submitting shows was 31 July.
